Possible Big Group

With this being a doubles event and the PDGA not allowing for more than five players per tee pad, we’re only allowing a maximum of 72 players/36 teams.  If we don’t have a full field, we would end up having to either break PDGA rules and have six players on a tee pad OR find an observer for the team that wouldn’t be playing with anyone.

I’m open for suggestions to how to best handle that situation.

    It will only be an issue if you have an odd number of teams. If you end up with an odd number of teams I think a group of 3 teams would be best–probably 3 pro teams if possible since they will move quicker. If you don’t have an odd number of pro teams then whichever division will work best with three teams together.
