Anything But

Going back through the years, I’ve enjoyed playing all flying disc sports.  I especially like Double Disc Court, throwing MTAs and Guts.  I keep in the trunk of my cars Guts discs, Ultimate Discs, Dodgebee Discs, Double Disc Courts and Discs, MTA discs and other discs for simple games of catch.

If I set up an event, free of charge, where I had DDC courts set up, Dodgebee courts set up, an area for MTAs to be thrown and other flying disc games, would you be interested in playing?

I would choose a weekend where there wasn’t any state of PDGA events in the area to conflict with this event.  It would be called the Anything But Golf event…or something along those lines.

    i would be kinda interested…especially if you included all the field events mta, distance, accuracy, throw run catch as well as the other things set up on the side

    Steve…my idea would be to do these events…

    Double Disc Court (I have courts)
    MTA (I have 10 fastbacks)
    Distance
    Dodgebee (I have courts and dodgebee discs)
    Guts (I have Guts Discs)

    and maybe Accuracy…I don’t have a target but I do have plenty of catch discs for the event.

    I would like to do Discathon. I would need to find a place to hold the field events and set up a course for Discathon.

    I would like to charge $1 or $2 per event with winner take all. More of a fun day to introduce disc golf players to other disc sports.
