More Sponsors
We’ve now received two sponsor confirmations. The first sponsor confirmation came a couple of weeks ago when the City of Seneca rewarded the State Doubles Championship with a $2,000 grant for the tournament. The Tournament was eligible for the grant being a majority of the players will be coming from outside the community for the event.
The money is earmarked for promotional and advertising. That will allow for a really nice players pack and the same quality trophies we had last year for the tournament.
The 2nd sponsor hasn’t committed an amount yet…just has let me know they’ll be a sponsor again this year. We’re currently approaching every sponsor that was part of the event last year hoping for at least the same amount again this year…hopefully more.
